Coleman Adult Day Services
Atlas Rehab & Wellness currently has an outpatient site housed within the Coleman Adult Day Care Center in Ravenna, Ohio. Atlas specializes in effective ways to treat clients, assist Day Care employees, and provide insight to insure clients are managed effectively so they remain able to continue attending Adult Day Care.
Specialized Services: At Coleman, our Occupational Therapist is trained in Functional Capacity Evaluations and is able to assess functional abilities as related to the patient's medical history, subjective complaints, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems. Functional Capacity Evaluations can be be tailored to retrieve specified information for the physician (example: reliability of patient with function).
